In general I understand what you mean. But the Speaker of the House did speak about Libya but in the tone that he wanted the President to explain to Congress what the exit stredgy is. He had the chance right there to say we should not be flying missions on behalf of a group that we do not know yet.

Also, Facebook, Twitter, their websites are also part of the media.

I dont know what Boehnners idea is .. if he is trying to appear as a reasonable statesman or just not make waves.
