“Think diplomacy. As in, while some people think they can make a lot of money suing the police, I look at is as a case of spending the afternoon in the clink, then having to spend months in court, making money for my lawyer, when all I had to do was find out if the cops were ignorant, and help change that.”

Where this has happened, in nearly every case that I know of, there already has been a significant attempt to educate the police.

I believe that the Philadelphia police department has already lost at least one lawsuit for this sort of behavior.

Philly cops have had similar behavior to pro-life advocates and those praying at a gay pride parade.

Here's what could have happened if this guy had done this late at night or had pulled this in Las Vegas with all the qualified cops working casino security. Most cities put their shaved apes on midnight shifts where they will just taser/handcuff and kick the crap out of prisoners. But they will also shoot at a hare's breath.
