I tried to comment on this article, but found no way to do it. Is this only available for insiders of CNN? If so, these comments do not represent what the majority think.

I do wish that he would get off the birth certificate issue and run with all of his records being sealed. If he wants to run with the birth certificate, then it should be stated that his father which is listed on the posted lame BC was not a US citizen and to be a natural born, you must be born of 2 US citizens. In order to be a Senator, you only have to be a US Citizen, to be a president you must be a Natural born. He is not!

Don’t read the comments at the link!

People are just ignorant as to (1) the difference between a COLB and an authentic birth certificate and (2) the difference between a U.S. citizen and a "natural born" citizen. Until this is properly explained to the public at large, it is going to be hard to convince the ignorant masses.

You don’t think Obama exists???

That’s some sort of hologram. Okay, I’ll go with that.

“Now I don’t think the dang thing [the illegal’s BC] actually exists.”

I suspect it does and that it is a surficially valid Hawaiian BC. However, I also suspect it’s not a hospital generated BC, but one of the infamous “do to yourself” BCs allowed by Hawaiian law then and now. That law provided and provides that either parent of a child not born in a birthing center may obtain a blank certificate of live birth, fill it out, send it in, and have it treated as a valid birth certificate, just like one issued by hospital.

Discovery of such a BC would cause the Illegal no end of trouble, since his shills have, at one time or another, said he was born at either Queen’s Hospital or Kapiolani Hospital, but have never contended he wasn’t born in a hospital. There would be even more troubles if the BC recites a birth location that can’t be established as either a Dunham or Obama residence.

Indeed, at that point it would be logical to hypothesize that he was born outside of the U.S. and that his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, prepared the falsified certificate after she brought him into the U.S. or Madelyn Dunham, his maternal grandmother, forged Stanley Ann’s signaure on the BC and fraudulently filed it. Either secenario explains the birth notices published in the local newspapers and the later “Certification of Live Birth” because the Hawaii Depeatment of Health would have simply prepared both documents from the Illegal’s facially valid, but fraudulent, “Certificate of Live Birth.” GIGO explains it all.

There are real and substantive issues that can, and should, but used to go after Obozo.

I would think issue is quite substantive as it speaks to his legitimacy and relates to his role as CIC and the control he has over the men and women in the military.

He’s talking a pretty good game on social issues like abortion and gay marriage. How sincere he is about them?

Who knows?

It probably exists. This is not an original thought, but it may be that in a bi-racial birth with a non-American citizen, the race of the American citizen, his mother,is cited as the race of the child. He might not want that officially stated.

I love that Trump is doing this. I’ve never been a birther per se but I love that the issue makes liberals’ faces melt like Raiders of the Lost Ark.

The best thing about Trump doing it is that he is already an established celebrity. His persona is already firmly etched into public consciousness. This means that he *cannot* be caricatured by the MSM in the Palin-Bachmann manner. He is MSM-proof.

What I like about this issue is HOW he brings it up..... he doesn’t flinch or shy away from it. That may signal a willingness to be unapologetic about conservatism....maybe?

There are more facts/dots that can be connected to tell that Obama’s birthplace was actually Kenya. This would not make any difference to his enablers and people who voted for him. We know there are a lot of scammers in Africa and those people could find one to follow Obama.

While Trump indicts the Obozo by demanding he show his birth certificate, the demand silently indicts those officials in DC who have not asked thus their complicity in the cover up is enough to bring down this So Called government. I will be happy if it would just remove the Obozo and the two stooge judges he put on the Supreme Court.

I’m of the opinion that, if no substantive evidence has been found to date, regardless of whether this is a true issue or not, no substantive evidence will be forthcoming. Thus, this is a dead issue, period. The GOP needs to go after Obozo for his socialist/marxist policies and his lack of leadership ability. Winning a general election requires getting the votes from liberals and independents who are disatisfied with this clown. Focusing on the birther issue won’t win the 2012 election.

This issue will lose the 2012 election for the GOP.

One of the shows on FOX, showed a clip of Trump on “the View”, talking about the birth certificate. I wasn’t paying attention, but my husband said afterward that they claimed it was racist to demand the birth certificate.

So, are the Obama supporters claiming that it’s racist because he WAS really born in Kenya?

I agree. Trump is right to question obama’s birth certificate issue. Trump has also been speaking about China, Iraq, oil Syria etc. He makes some great points about getting paid for helping these countries out, making America number one again and not a laughing stock, the fact that Iran will take over the minute we leave Iraq. It’s good that Trump is a successful businessman, not a community organizer, and doesn’t seem to let political correctness get in his way.

Trump loves the attention and I also believe he knows these are the end times for the United States with Hussein and Soros at the helm. I think he is genuinely pissed off at what Barry has done to the country in two short years.

The press never goes after Trump too hard and he’s in with the business, celebrity, and Hollywood communities. He is the type of high profile character that could push this till it pops.

I don’t know how conservative Trump is, or on what issues he’s reliable. But I think his unapologetic approach is just a reflection of his self-assuredness. The guy’s made gazillions of dollars in consturction and real estate, and you don’t do that without a certain amount of self-confidence and bravado.

Bottom line: he projects an attitude that says nobody pushes him around. And I wouldn’t be surprised if nobody ever has.
