This would be fun for you: Calculate the amount you’ve saved in income, property, sales (maybe not), excise, etc. taxes in the 30 years you’ve lived in TX vs. staying in MA.
Add in the personal freedoms you have there, and you’re living the “American Dream”. Good for you!!!
As the census data dribbles out, FOX posts some of the more interesting statistics in the scroll at the bottom of the screen. A few days ago, they gave statistics on Detroit. Detroit peaked in 1950, when it was the 5th largest city in the US and has been losing population ever since. However, Detroit is also the fastest growing city due to the influx of Asian/Pacific Islanders.
Well, we all know what that really means. My question is if Hispanics can be identified as a minority group, why can we not identify Middle Easterners as a specific group within the “Asian” racial demographic?
Bought my first gun within a few months of getting to TX - there’s a start for ya! No muss no fuss back then. Just walked into the store and plunked down the cash!
