Michelle Obama on Wednesday weighed in on the one-year anniversary of the health care law her husband signed into law, arguing that the changes will help parents raise a generation of happy and healthy kids.
Sharing a personal story in an op-ed on Yahoos Shine website, Obama said that as a working mom in her pre-White House days, she had the best intentions to feed her daughters Malia and Sasha healthy food on a budget, but admitted that sometimes pizza or the drive-thru were inevitable.

Seriously, I realize they live like royalty now, but I think I could feed my children healthy food on over half a million bucks a year like they were handed in Chicago
Oh that one is lovely....well, not lovely, embarrassing. Yeah that is the word.
Oh! I have Christmas placemats out of a very similar fabric!
:)
Unidentified my @$$, they know who she is.

Definitely. The MSM is conspiring with this administration to keep her identity secret.
Dearest mooch-elle: Please STFU. No one cares what you say about any thing. The only thing I would listen to out of your pie hole is “Guilty” in front of a judge. Stop lecturing everyone as if any one cares. You are obnoxious, you grifter.
>>Need to ping yall one more time. MSM has no interest identifying this woman traveling with the first family and MIL???

Marian Robinson (L), mother-in-law of U.S. President Barack Obama, walks towards the residency with an unidentified woman
The photo is of two women, one identified as the MIL, and one not identified.
From the same list at the link about the White House “appointments” -

Her childrens book Ladder to the Moon will be published in the winter, and she is currently working on a book about high school Peace Education.”
Just my take here, but I sure wish folks would leave the kids out of this : /
Resignedly Dons FlameSuit...
I posted the same thing earlier in the week.
Leave the kids alone.

Shakes head. You did well to say so.
I am by no means a real old-timer, and I do understand increased frustration with the political and cultural state of affairs here of late, but sometimes, the level of discourse in particular threads makes me cringe.
May God spread His strength among us.

I have the tablecloth and napkins!
The kids are fine! They seem to have adjusted very well to their new lives and I give most of the credit to their grandmother.
The older girl is just gorgeous and in 5 years could be a Vogue model. She lucked out in the gene roulette!
The little one is very cute and always seems to be happy. She will thin out as she grows. My 11-year-olds were chubs who grew tall and slender by age 14.
They both seem to be very adaptable kids, which is usual when the parents have quirky personalities that the kids must deal with.

Boy is that the truth! I was a band parent, and saw so many freshmen sprout up and thin out over a summer’s worth of band practices : o
Thank you for the good memory jog : }
May God bless.

Besides being a fat ugly loser, who is she?
