The ones that left are mostly the ones that worked for a living and depend on jobs.
Surely, it must be because of all those damned Republicans running the place; that along with G. W. Bush are obviously the reason the city is in such bad shape. I am waiting for an NBC, ABC, or CBS Special Report on what the Republicans have done to Detroit!!
