First off the question was whether there were any facts that should make people question his eligibility and I have named numerous ones as did the post right before mine.
Secondly you then shift the question again to whether any President has voluntarily produced documents without being asked which is meangingless in this case because Obama has been compelled over and over to release these documents but instead lawyers to Court to keep them sealed. These documents include all of his school records, his long form birth certificate, and virually every document pertaining to his past.
McCain was asked to produce his long-form birth certificagte and did in fromt of Congress and there are many news articles about it as well as copies of his long-form all over the internet.
I could even produce video of democrat Chuck Shumer demanding that McCain release all of his records if he wants to run for President.
And the record that you claim is meaningless legally is evidence that Obama was adopted, his name legally changed, and became an Indonesian citizen. Is it proof? No? But these issues deserve to be raised and deserved to be answered.
And is laughable and absurd for you to say that whether or not Obama is using his real legal name or was an Indonesian citizen have no bearing on his eligibility for President. It is not only laughable but completely anti-the rule of law.
And it is a fact that historically there is a large amount of evidence that someone born with a non-American citizen parent and who has dual loyalities is not a natural born citizen. That is a FACT.
And there is no simple explanantion as to why the DNC under Pelosi changed the document they normally used to remove the term ‘natural born citizen’. The only explanation is that they knew that Obama was not one.
In the normal course of events, his original BC would have been sealed, and a new one issued in the name of Soetoro, or Soebarkah. This ain't rocket surgery. It is how Billy Blythe became Bill Clinton. How Leslie King became Gerald Ford. IOW, the child's name is legally changed. Happens everyday in every state.
There is no record of the legally adopted Soetoro boy ever legally hanging his name back to "Obama," when Mama Stanley and the Indonesian broke up. Therefore, Lawyer Hemenway called him on the illegal use of the name "Obama," in Hollister v Soetoro, which went no where in the SCOTUS last week.
In Hemenway' opinion, it is why the BC has been illegally suppressed. Also, when the child was legally adopted, he became an Indonesian citizen. That isn't all that important to an American Citizen, because that citizenship cannot be legally taken from a minor, who can reclaim it upon reaching his majority. Which the Soetoro boy never did. In fact, upon reaching his majority, Barry could have chosen Indonesian, British, Kenyan, or, somewhat more problematically, American citizenship.
A Natural Born Citizen would, of course,
have no such choice.
