This doesn’t matter as much as you may think. Energy for transportation is only about 20% of the total consumed.

We could finally be in a position to not have to buy oil from the Muslim countries. I heard spots on the radio today advertising the large amount and general availability of Canadian gas and oil. I wonder if there is a vote coming up in the House or Senate in regards to this issue.

I didn’t know Canada and Mexico were Muslim countries. Fact is we get less then 15% of our oil from the middle east.
