“The power plant should never have been built so close to the coast”

Everything is close to the coast in Japan.

How sad, that the plants have stood up to one of the worst ‘quakes, and no one has anything good to say about it. Just nitpicks.

Neal Boortz said yesterday that those reactors were hit by a quake 7 times greater than they were designed to stand. Not sure the actual age, but they were old reactors.
