Isn’t 1 drop 6.25mg? if so, you’re doing 50mg now. That’s not alot really, if you read up on the experts that’s what they recommend.
You are right. I hold the dropper horizontal. You get twice the drop and the way I use the dropper is just out of habit. Vertical 6.25 horizontal 12.5.
