Looks like some of the steel structure in the containment building remains, but the walls have collapsed.

Those look to be the turbine buildings NOT the containment buildings to me.

NHK says radiation detected. 1 days exposure at measured level is equal to one years normal exposure.
They're warning people in the area to cover up, use wet towels to breath through and wash all clothing once indoors.
