I work with nukes in Illinois, different roles, and I can tell you jumping to conclusions really is probably a bad thing to do right now. Until you know more about the actual release path and start running your plume models, assuming fantastically enormous disbursal at meaningful rates of exposure is just irresponsible. It’s a very old reactor, so it’s not as robust as the newer plants, but it probably is a lot weaker too, and that, right now, is a good thing. To paraphrase Charlie Sheen, panic is for losers.
Charlie Sheen's got twisted definitions for "winning" and "losing", thank you.
At least at the moment CNN was saying maybe the outer building exploded but did not collapse the containment. We can hope that’s the case.
Anyways I don’t know why you directed that post to me. Anything I have posted is directly from NHK reporting and not even paraphrasing it. I mean, you got others here posting their opinions, they got the pacific economies dead already, cancer causing fruits in Cali and advising we should all go to bed in lead pyjamas... the majority of my posts have either been relaying the reports of NHK or complaining that Fox News goes off at midnight and uses reruns.
Thank you. We needed a bit of Charlie wisdom right now :-). lol. Thanks or the info.
