Lord Haw Haw could have been tried for treason in the US too. Split allegiances.

Combine this case with Kawakita v. United States makes a powerful argument to the addition to the other encyclopaedia size amount of evidence that Obama cannot be a natural born citizen (only one state allegiance) in accordance with the US Constitution.

As I recall, Wong Kim Ark also was in violation of the Empire of China by accepting US citizenship where the punishment could have been death if China prosecuted him.

Split allegiances again can cause bad things to happen.

Haw Haw was born 12 years after his father had become a naturalized US citizen. Haw Haw in obtaining his British passport had to either renounce his US citizenship or use fraud claiming that his parents were still British subjects at the time of his birth(1870 treaty removed all doubt as to parents nationality at the time of Haw Haw's birth). Thus for Great Britain to hold the claim of treason under the law & treaty of 1870, Haw Haw renounced his US citizenship and under oath he was forced to admit to this. He was convicted of Treason, case closed.

But upon his birth, Haw Haw was a US natural born citizen, to this there was no doubt.
