“I’ve acknowledged the entire decision and the dissent and explained it to you because you’ve shown you completely misunderstand it.”

Yet every court agrees with MY reading, and not yours. The Chief Justice did, or he would not have agreed to swear in Obama. Every Congressman agrees with my reading. Every state legislature and every state DA agrees with MY reading, and disagrees with yours. Rush, Coulter and Hannity agree with MY reading, not yours.

So either there is an ENORMOUS conspiracy involving the entire country, or you are wrong.

The filing provided by james777 shows there was, at the beginning of the case, a widespread belief that the phrase NBC drew its meaning from the common law phrase NBS - that is why they argued against the idea and tried to get the court to reject common law as the basis for understanding the Constitution.

The court spent over half the decision rejecting that claim, and affirming that the meaning is found in the common law phrase NBS, which in turn leaves Ark a NBC.

I know you will never agree they did that. You refuse to believe your lying eyes, and instead worship Vattel. The court did not, nor had America worshiped Vattel, and no legislature or court worships there either.

I’m not trying to clarify things for you. You aren’t capable of accepting that the court didn’t write half of its decision purely for fun, or that the filings, previous rulings and dissent are all internally consistent. You aren’t intellectually honest with what is there in deep detail.

Others may be, and I post for their benefit. If anyone has any doubt, go read both the decision and dissent in full here:

You can have idiots file cases, but you will never win because it is already settled law. It has been for over 100 years.

That in itself is a ridiculously false statement showing your credibility to be ZERO.
