Thanks for the info. I have to give up on those “charitable moments.” At root, it’s always the “gimme” entitlement mentality.
It is a sickening fact that those who pay nothing expect the top treatment. I have seen so much of that.
It is easy to demand an ambulance for a minor hurty when you know you are entitled to not have to pay for it.
Many of those types think that ambulance and EMT services are free to all.
I needed one once because I was alone and was passing out from being very ill. I managed to hit 911. They came, opened my door themselves and took good care of me.
My insurance paid part of the bill but I was left with $500.00 to pay.
