The fact of the matter in multicultural Amerika not everyone has the same morals, mores or attitudes. It used to be the vast majority of Americans had what was known as Christian or Western values. No more. Some groups of people just don't think the same as "real Americans" and those values are transmitted to their children. Its also a fact that different groups of people are biologically different and they mature faster than others and that's not even counting the effect of all the chemicals hormones in the food and water supply.
Some of the perp's supporters are claiming that the 11 year old wanted to have sex with older men and was therefore not raped. This could be true and such an act would be accepted within certain communities, despite what the public at large might think about the matter.
If these men were tried by a jury by their actual peers would they be acquitted? What would be the greater threat: the individuals who did the deed or the entire people who support and defend them? At what point does a group of people whose culture and customs become so different from their neighbors that they would be considered foreign or even hostile or dangerous?
Good question...Like the OJ trial, the only reason he was acquitted is due to the racist black jury.
