No. I don’t see any adverse impact or disparate treatment based on her gender, age, religion or ethnicity. Did I miss something?

No discrimination, possibly wrongful termination. She's a public school employee dismissed for something that was not illegal and happened many years ago. She had no civil service protection?

I believe that most schools still have a “morality” clause in their contracts with teachers. How that is interpreted now days is kind of loose given that homosexuals are allowed to teach but being a porn star would cross most peoples definition of immoral behavior (at least for now).
