Don’t know why he wouldn’t call on Spencer or Emerson, but he could certainly call on the following (first two are Muslim, last two are Lebanese (Christian), all of whom are experts and spokespeople against radical Islam who DO tell the truth as opposed to the likes of Keith Ellison:
Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, pres. and founder, Islamic Forum for Democracy (frequent guest on Glenn Beck and other FNC shows)
Raheel Raza, board member, Muslim Canadian Congress (brave lady who speaks out against radical Islam and the ground zero mosque - here’s a link to her interview on O’Reilly:

Dr. Walid Phares, author/spokesman/terrorism consultant (frequent guest on FNC and contributor to Iranium the movie)
Brigitte Gabriel, author/speaker/terrorism consultant (frequent tv guest and panelist)
They’re all middle eastern with first-hand knowledge of the Muslim culture/community.
Since these hearings are getting (or will) worldwide attention, King had better get it right - there may never be a second chance. He really needs to use experts like the above at least, or risk being played by lying Muslims trotted out by the opposition.
Jasser is a fantasist. He makes out Islam to be more reasonable that it really is.
I doubt Rep. King will call Bridgitte Gabriel as she is not Muslim -- big mistake!
It sounds depressingly like Sen. Fred Thompson's "Chinagate" committee investigation. Fred bent over backwards to be "fair" ..... and Democratic partisan demon-dogs like Jamie Gorelick and Richard Benveniste screwed him like a two-dollar hooker.
