Saturday an eruption occurred along the middle of the Kilauea Volcano's east rift zone after one its crater floors collapsed. Lava from the fissure was seen erupting 65 to 80 feet into the air.

Intermittent in Hilo, for the past year a constant in Naalehu to Capt Cook, and pretty regular in Kona up to about the Hilton.
Most of the people I know live in Puna to Hilo. They’ve told me it’s intermittent there.
Plus the damn frogs.
I’ve driven that and Saddle road many times.
The Big Island is beautiful!
Can’t get to where it is happening, from what I hear.
