From reading Jennifer Rubin, she self-identifies as a neconservative. Terzian was a former speechwriter for the DNC and Sec. State Cyrus Vance in the '70s and an assistant editor for the New Republic before he became a conservative. I identified Terzian as just a conservative in the article.
