What's to stop them? There is no rule of law here anymore.

Which leads to this - how and by whom are signatures verified? We know there will be massive cheating in gathering signatures for Republ recalls.

And then there is this to consider - With the release of his budget details, Scott Walker is going to fracture some of the union support. Parents in Milwaukee have been waiting for school choice expansion for a long time, and opening it up the way he did will give a lot of people pause as radio station WIFM (What's In it For Me?) starts playing in their heads.

But Union thugs can vote many times no matter where they are from. It is called fraud. And they are really good at it.
