I know Walker is playing it very cool, but there is only so much that law-abiding, tax-paying citizens should be forced to bear. The unions should be broken, and if the National Guard needs to be brought in to restore order and imprison the corrupt police and union thugs then so be it.

If employers openly banded together to force workers to accept artificially low wages (compared to the free market) then the average person would be outraged. Yet this is precisely what a union is in reverse. It is the consumer who suffers. Unions ought to be flatly illegal, and under the same laws and reasoning as that banning monopolies and collusion among employers.

That’s going a bit too far. Lets just outlaw unions for federal government employees. Then let the states decide on their own government employees. But leave the private sector alone.

Yes, and, along with the fact union thugs have organized a boycott of business owners who contributed to Walker, should, IMHO, put them in violation of the Commerce Clause and freedom of speech. These are government employees who are intentionally trying to harm business, not just in Wisconsin, but across state lines. If Obama thinks he can use the Commerce Clause to force Americans to buy something, we should use it to stop government workers from meddling with actual commerce.
