"Taking that into account, I think it is more than fair to tell him, show us EVERYTHING. He is supposed to work for us. Doesn’t it seem right that he would provide his documentation then?"

Tell Congress to do it's job:

As I have said before, that will not happen. Too many republicans were in office that SHOULD have done something when they had the chance to begin with during McCains confirmation.

It would have been a very simple and correct thing to at that time to ask for Obama to go through the same senate hearing that McCain did. OR they could have objected that he did not.
But since they didn’t at the time, it would be admitting that they dropped the ball back then and are afraid of the back lash.

Imagine if you will, that tomorrow congressional hearings are held and Obama is found to have been ineligible this entire time. Now we have a constitutional crisis because of all the crap he has done. All the bills he has signed, the treaties, the budgets, the appointments etc etc etc.

People are going to look at the democrats in a bad light for certifying Obama, but then look at the republicans in just as bad a light for allowing this and not stopping it sooner.

Please, do not misunderstand me. I WISH that they would go after him like yesterday. I wish every day that Issa comes up with something. Or a judge rules to hear his eligibility. Or that his social security issue catches up with him using fraudulent numbers.

But I do not see republicans that are currently in office intentionally tossing themselves in front of the bus saying “we allowed this to happen”. they might as well shoot themselves in the foot first and look for sympathy votes.

I wrote to my congressman who is a newly elected republican, that defeated a blue dog. But i expect that he is
1. overwhelmed with the new position and amount of correspondence and problems.
2. too junior to even think about bringing up this issue and hoping to have any career afterwards.

I wish there were more options :(
