I do not always agree with Sarah, but if she would care to explain it to me at a long personal meeting, I am more than happy to listen.
NATO = American carriers and American money and American casualties. Euro-wimp nations do not have the military means or the money to patrol Libyan skies. They want to sucker America into doing it. There is no strategic reason to intervene in Libya. Permit the Libyans to murder each other in peace.
