They mention “cleaning” several times. Having been around hippies-for-hire gatherings before, I suspect that the hallways and dark corners are going to need special sanitary attention. As for why the elevators were closed off, well that’s obvious (filthy animals).
My thoughts exactly on yhe elevators. Hopefully, the Governor has pictures to release to the public.
