I fear that he is detaining Americans on the ferry to act as shields against our (Nato’s) action to stop his genocide. Their are 600 Americans trying to leave and stuck “on account of weather”.
Hereis a website that shows the reason why the ferry was unable to leave port. I was a USN MET guy over there and this tyoe of synoptic setup always gave mariners and aviators fits for a few days.
