All I know is what I see, and Woods’ muscle is not as thick as it was before the scandal hit. Why is that? I’m not making any accusations, but I know I’m looking at a thinner, weaker Tiger Woods.

Yeah I've noticed that too. He doesn't seem to be as bulky as he used to be. But maybe that's intentional. You don't need to be built like a linebacker to win golf tournaments.

It's a lot easier to hit a 7 iron 180 than a 5 iron. It's also nice to get a little help with your "recovery", which is what steroids really provide.
Funny how he had to go to Canada to find an orthopedic surgeon and rehabilitative specialist that just happens to be the favorite destination for many NFL players as well.
It was NOT against the PGA tour's regulations to use performance enhancing drugs till recently.
