That is pretty much standard. Now review the procedures for discharging a state employee. The process varies from state to state, but it is usually complex, expensive, and time consuming to actually fire someone.

Believe me....we already have. Chapter and verse. And it's not as difficult as you might think.

Blatant fraud and dishonesty will have you removed within a day if it can be proven.

And trust me....in these cases, it can be proven.
