'advertising' folks. How much do you think the military spends on TV commercials, billboards, radio, magazines etc... It sounds like the NASCAR crowd is a prime source for recruits and this is money well spent.
The dems aren't proposing to cut this for fiscal reasons. They know it's a heavily republican crowd and NASCAR fans are very pro military. What dem wouldn't be against that.
