Why were all of the pirates not killed ? What will they do with them now-bring them all to NY and try them,put them in a cushy jail cell? Maybe invite them to the WH to discuss their futures? This goes beyond the pale..
We should be so lucky. We’ll probably just let them all go with a slap on the wrist. UN rules, donchaknow.
In a war against pirates or terrorists the policy must be “take no prisoners”. Even if you take prisoners, they must know that the penalty in all cases is death and the only thing that will save them is if they turn in someone big.
