Nice that you were not born a moron. Few are, but many pick up habits in their life that will ensure that they don't actually learn much - and you seem to have availed yourself of those habits.

You might actually learn something, if you are not fundamentally opposed to learning something from someone unless you first like their personality and presentation style.
If it begins with a turd, I go away until I encounter something from a different source that does not begin with a turd. I do not sit at the same bodily orifice, watching it and hoping that the next turd will be a $100 gold piece.
