I quite often consume 1,500 calorie meals. I also run about 25 miles per week and cycle or play basketball on my non running days. I am 5’9” and a healthy 165 pounds. The problem isn’t what we are eating, the problem is idleness. How many obese people exercise at all, much less on a regular basis?
For myself, I don’t concern myself about calories. I For years I have concerned myself with my carbohydrate intakes. Everybody who is concerned about their weight have their own diet plans with which they are comfortable and which works best for them.
In the end, It doesnt look like what’s-her-fat-face knows anything about diets in general.
