They could def lose their jobs. I cant imagine risking one’s career for this.

That says it all, behind closed doors in the dark of night.
If they are willing to hide something that was seen my a vast number of people and not considered a health risk, what happens to someting that is a medical mistake and poses a health risk.
Guess we’ll never know.
