I wouldn’t take the bait. This would just give Erpenbach the ability to then challenge the bill in the courts as to whether it was “fiscal” related or not. And get an injunction. And tie this up for years.

There is a reason Erpenbach said this. He wants it to happen. Otherwise he’d keep his mouth shut.

Keep the bill as is and make them come back.

In the meantime, start passing things like Voter ID, etc.

Passing general Right-to-Work would not be "fiscal", and would also apply to state employees. Besides making the Dems have a fit.
