A Republican getting 48% in East Haven is nothing short of outstanding. Congratulations on an excellent job of getting out the vote.
unfortunately it was not outstanding.
She got 45% in NOV vs a 20 year incumbent.
this was a low turnout special ... which favors GOP ... vs. a nobody 26-year old dimwit, who has never been in politics before.
We did not get our vote out, which was why we lost. (Hartford HOUSE Republicans were running the campaign.) I prefer campaigns that are run by local folks.
