Did these “doctors” perform exams on the street corner? How is this NOT fraud? I would be happy to testify against any of these people. They should lose their licenses. They “might” have gotten away with this if they set up some kind of tent and actually submitted a diagnosis code. I’d be prosecuted if I did this in my office. It would be funny (not really) if one of these sick people had a heart attack. Their families could collect MILLIONS in malpractice judgements. These “doctors” are a disgrace to the profession.

Knowing the folks on the Freeper boards, I'm sure the doctor's voicemail/email accounts are full with "less than encouraging" comments promising complaint-filing based on their fraudulant actions....
Who are these”doctors” billing for these exams?
If they bill Medicare/insurance companies for these non-exams that’s fraud.
