I keep wondering why some of the others with their PACs don’t tap into this younger crowd and get them onboard like Paul does. They can be hard workers and don’t need a lot of extras.

That's a good question. If another campaign had broken 10% in the voting, that campaign's success would be news. CPAC may not represent the votes that will actually be cast, but CPAC is a test of organization. The failure of other campaigns to build organization is telling.
