I pray to God (sorry, Ayn) that the message of these movies stays faithful to Ayn’s original “Atlas Shrugged”, which I FINALLY finished only a few short weeks ago.

I watched the trailer several times and got more out of it each time I watched it. I'm excited about this; it looks good. I cannot believe that the actor playing Henry Reardon looks EXACTLY how I pictured him when I read the book. That is spooky.

As to the speculation about her throwing the drink... that looks like Francisco. I slowed the vid down a bit, and a clip right before the drink-throwing bit shows the same guy at a party surrounded by women. That's gotta be Francisco. Isn't there a point in their relationship where she is so angry at him because he has thrown everything away?

Ayn wasn’t a believer in God but she was an incredible person to come to this world. No man said what she said...with such conviction. Like cowards... it took a little russian lady to say NO to Socialism and Collectivism. For that we as Conservatives owe her a great deal...

This movie may add many more conservatives to the fold.
