This pains me to say, but I’m having a hard time being happy for the Egyptians. I want SO BADLY to cheer for them, but I have never been an optimist. I have this terrible feeling things are going to go bad very quickly, yet I don’t have the heart to say so to any of them right now.
I was just thinking about that and my reaction. If this were happening in IRan I would be beside myself with relief and be celebrating.
I want to be happy for the Egyptians too...but I’m 1) a cynic and 2) don’t trust the MB.
