For that matter how do they defund 0bamacare without shutting down the government?

Obama's proposed 2011 budget request was 3.8 TRILLION DOLLARS and was requested in Feb of 2010. The ALL DEM Congress didn't have the guts to vote on it....and didn't!!

So, our "tea party movement" Republicans come along and propose 100 Billion in cuts, maybe. 100 Billion? That is only a 2.6% reduction. Incredible.
