On this thread

Nope. You are someone I usually avoid because you bait and dance just like you did with the false "free speech" point. We DON'T have to the enemies of conservatism a platform. They have most of them now.

And yet, if they are forced to debate the issues

CPAC is a gathering for Conservatives. They don't debate. And they shout conservatives off the stage when they speak. Haven't you been paying attention?

Again, you claim I am doing this on this thread. You've not checked my posting history, just jerked your knee.

We DON'T have to the enemies of conservatism a platform.

Again, who is this "we" you are refering to, because apparently, the ones who are running CPAC seemed to think it was okay.

This happens because we allow it. This is the same attitude that causes the Republicans in Congress to cow under pressure from the Dems. If they get in our face, we need to get back in theirs. Refuse to be shouted down. Have faith in conservative principles that well-meaning, reasonable people will be swayed by them when presented. Of course, we know brain-addled libs won't be, but that doesn't mean we should run from confronting them with the facts. We never know who is listening.
