what’s in that ad is also the idea that black men prefer white women every chance they get, and black women dont like it one bit. It’s disturbing on a few levels

Given the nasty, violent attitude of the woman in the ad, is it surprising that a guy would prefer a more gentle, feminine woman?

Rush Limbaugh responded to a caller saying that, and more.

Black women apparently overwhelmingly prefer Pepsi to Coke, so
"for Pepsi, the ad was a home run."

Throw in that it was a blond white woman, and it was a grand slam
for Pepsi.

I stopped paying attention to Pepsi ever since their now-CEO
insulted the US at that Columbia Business School
commencement.

(I stopped paying attention to the Superbowl eons ago.)

As far as the ad being disturbing, yes, they could have appealed to
that, or any other group, without the violence and racism.

I totally disagree.

Attractive is attractive, no matter what 'color' the skin is. That babe was hot. Who wouldn't look? A blind man?

If it had been that tall dark haired beauty from the State Farm commercial, wouldn't the results have been the same?

Now, maybe what you stated is how SJL sees it. I would agree with that.
