The Yale grad speaks.

Jackson Lee wanted DOJ to monitor tea partiers at polls “I urge you to order an immediate investigation into these incidents, and call for the Department of Justice to send poll monitors to Harris County immediately to ensure a safe and neutral voting environment during the Nov. 2 election,” Jackson Lee wrote.

Jackson Lee then speed-dialed Vinny's Pizza Quickies.

"I'm starved watching these stupid people vote early. Make that three double
pepperoni pizzas, four gallons of Pepsi red, and three loaves of garlic bread.
And deliver it in 10 minutes to my car. "

“Jackson Lee said it was ridiculous for the soft drink maker to air the advertisement during African-American history month.

“In this month of African-American history where we’re trying to celebrate what is good and great, it certainly seems ridiculous that Pepsi would utilize this kind of humor,” she said. “It was not humorous. It was demeaning — an African-American woman throwing something at an African-American male and winding up hitting a Caucasian woman.”

Here’s what should be run throughout all media during black history month. MUST SEE:

video here (and you can almost smell it): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDeE3le3scM

BTW, if anybody knows how to embed this video into a post so readers don’t have to go through a link, please do me a favor and do it for me. Also, if you have time, kindly PM and tell me how to do it and with photos also. I can’t seem to get regular html code to work on here, but I’m not very knowledgeable about this stuff in the first place. Thank you.

And I’m offended that Moe tried to poke Larry in the eyes only to be stymied by Curly’s hand.

Is she a descendant of Stonewall Jackson and Robert E Lee?

This woman is a joke. She will say and do anything to get her face on television. I live in the next district to hers and she has done nothing but enrich herself when she is supposed to be representing the people who elected her. What a waste of a Congressional seat. Good news on the horizon though, a tea party group has started up in her district and with any luck she will not survive the election of 2012. This is a group of black Americans that see her for exactly what she is and want to replace her at the next opportunity.

Considering we are supposed to be in a new era of civility (after the Tuscon shooting) I think Pepsi needs to apologize for encouraging violent behavior. And any network that railed against Palin and the ‘target’ map should take a stand and not only condemn this commercial but they should refuse to air it.
