Guest is Paul Kengor, professor of political science at Grove City College in Grove City, PA. They are talking about pre reagan years, with Carter, and how depressed people were before Reagan and after Reagan. He was not interested in politics in 80's. He remembers his professors telling him Reagan years would end up on 'ash heap' of history. He remembers trying to understand did Reagan predict the collapse of Russia....and upon research found out he did. So he wrote a book about Reagan and thus began his involvement with Reagan.
Jesse asks did all this research affect his life at all...he says yes, he did not mean to do religious search but you could not help but learn about religion, studying Reagan...how interesting.

Talking about Obama the socialist talking about religion. Lenin and Stalin would laugh at him. They hated religion. That O is mixing socialism and religion is funny. Jesse says that here in America it is the hatred of Reagan that makes people see him in vicious light.

Talking about Reagan stories, racial position, welfare position. Joe Bullock came to DC he has job driving people around DC, wore a fancy western belt buckle. Reagan wanted to see his belt buckle as a possible gift and asked to see Joe. Joe broke into tears at meeting the President and Reagan made him feel welcome and they ended up talking alone just the two of them for hours. That was the kind of man he was guest says.
Kevin calling in saying Reagan is not a great man, guest suggest he read some books about Reagan. His latest book is ...the The Dupes Book
