Makes perfect sense to me since if you do intensive research you will find(I don't have the links right handy) a 20-30 year old Russian connection to the conspiracy of zero the Manchurian and the Russians making his giveaway treaty to the Ruskies perfectly logical.

Whomever has thought all this out and now is implementing zeros actions, loads the teleprompter really knows what they are doing and have been very effective.
