Nope. Read the whole story in The Telegraph. They refused, and Obama fell back to giving the Russians the serial numbers of every Trident we build for the Brits. Of course, as one of the comments posted to The Telegraph noted, just because State agrees that DoD will do something, doesn't mean DoD will do it.
