Exactly what I wondered. Perhaps it's leftspeak for "sociopathic?"
Maybe he means Obama is cold and treats relationships like transactions.

Nope, that’s not what it means. It actually is a term used in psychotherapy.

Chrissy is a diabetic by self admission and also has a drinking problem. He also looks like he has gained weight,all three tend to make you seem like you need to be in a rubber room.
Chrissy has changed so much since he was on CNBC back in the 90’s. He was moderate right,now he seems to be losing his mind more and more every day. He also has an unnatural hatred and animus for conservative women.

Sounds like the tingle is fading. A bit late Chrissie. The rest of us felt ashamed of 1/2 the country when they voted for this empty suit. Now you know how we felt about you and your kind. Don’t feel too good does it Chrissie?
It should be, he is ashamed of his president — obama’s “transactional” quality (quite a euphemism!) chills him, he says! — NOT HIS COUNTRY. His country didn’t throw an ally and a friend — or family member or colleague or typical white grandmother! — under the bus with chilling transactional precision! It is ONLY the Won — welcome to the club — he should be ashamed of.
It means the transaction isn't going as Chrisy expected. Chilling is the key word. It could either mean it is a very cold brush off of an old ally or it could mean he didn't expect Obama to side with the Muslim Brotherhood or both.
The key word "Chilling" most likely means Chrisy sees himself in Mubarak's shoes soon.

I have never felt ashamed as an American. Not even with Carter or Clinton as president.
Pay attention Prissy. This is your Messiah, he hasn’t changed a bit from day one. If anything, he’s worse.....if that’s possible.
I agree with Chris, I am embarassed he’s an American too.
