Yup, and this is an example of what Vinson should have done:
Do you understand the difference? Feldman granted a preliminary injunction. Vinson didn't.
That's a big difference. Violation of an injunction carries real penalties, including prison if the judge chooses.

This is wonderful. It just contributes to the perception of a lawless regime. And makes it that much easier, IMHO, to obtain a similar judicial ruling in the case of Obamacare and/or impelling the Senate to make a more serious effort at outright reform.
