Apart from there being some 40+ school buses missing around America, yes, they disappeared, this strategy follows the Palestinian tactic of using ambulances to ferry their fighters and arms in that area. Even using UN ambulances.
An increasing and already large number of school bus drivers are from the Middle East - many of them Afghans and other Islamist nations! Partly as it is a job which requires little language skill and like all minorities, when a driving position becomes available, they immediately try to help out their own.
Thus the group grows naturally not just as a terrorist effort. But provides fertile ground for inflammatory Moslem inciting.
