I want to hear from those who think getting this information out is bad. I think governments have no right to do this kind of garbage behind our backs. If they function in daylight,,, they might actually have to do that which we would approve of.

Outgoing ambassador needs to send new ambassador a top secret cable about the Prime Minister of that country and how they absolutely know he's a drunk who has hookers coming and going all the time and he's always boasting about how much he knows.
